J.J. Watt Knew Miami’s Snap Count from Hard Knocks

We here at The Footbawl Blog thought our coverage of Hard Knocks needed an epilogue, so here it is.

Texans defensive lineman/linebacker J.J. Watt admitted today in an interview with NBC that he picked up the Dolphins snap count from watching the HBO reality show. It is already being speculated that this could be a “death blow”for the show, but I don’t agree with that. A lot of the coverage has nothing to do with the X’s and O’s, personnel packages, or snap counts. If footage of preseason games and practices were more carefully edited this would not be an issue.

Here is another bit of info opponents could use to their advantage if they watched Hard Knocks: the Dolphins are terrible at football.
